    Sorry for the late reply, there are no differences between early and late dashboards apart from the colour of the very last ones. The one you have purchased will be fine, fit wise. Ian.

    Won't make any difference until you need spares programming, Impossible to do it yourself without. Lexus would want £1000 plus to change ecu and locks. There are some auto locksmiths who can "clone"your key though, and or re-programme ecu.

    If you drop Steve2006 a pm he might be able to help, IIRC he managed to source a printed one from the usa i think. Never spotted one on cd though.

    As above,could anyone give any directions please? Does it just pull off or are there some screws somewhere? Trying to replace switch bulbs if possible.
