Hi Have you checked the the fuses in the drivers footwell? Do you know if the amp powers up? i.e have you checked to see if fans are spinning when powered on?

Maybe meet up with a member and compare??

Hi I would start with ejecting the map CD and re-inserting Failing that reset the navigation unit but disconnecting hope this helps

This is a very simple and cost effective solution and they do work very well - I do use one, but not on my car.

There are small signs of rust showing on one of the arches Also I seems to be sitting very high at the rear - as if it has had new springs??

Clearly something is out of sync - I remember last time someone had a problem like this here after replacing the rear height sensors - the car would not raise - and they had no choice but to take it into Lexus. I can't help with your problem other than suggesting having a look on the US forums - they have more of these cars over there and do mod alot hence more info on that site. You could call a dealer and ask if they could provide guidance since you are pretty clued up. As a last resort it may have to go to the dealer.

I think this sort of question has been asked before and different connectors have been the answer. I think the simple answer is it is not possible. I have yet to come across someone who successfully done this.

Hi Could it be that at some point the flap was pushed beyond its travel point causing the misalignment? I would get the dealer to take a look

Us LS guys are in the same boat ! Its very difficult to pull yourself away from that smooth serene luxurious drive of the LS. But I'm pretty sure my next car is going to be GS Premier!

There are positives about the car: Advert is very good Car clean and well prepped Matching premium tyres Has heated steering Price I would go for it - btw I failed to bring up the MOT history

The bumper also looks mis-aligned on the drivers side - I'm very surprised he has entertained such a low offer - good luck

Hi Check fuses in drivers footwell for screen and also amplifier. The one on the left has no rear view mirror and ha the extra hole in the bumper.

If you are referring to the steering resting in an angle - then this could possibly be resolved with a software update - this is what I have read on the USA forum. have you considered the LS430? compared to the 460 it has some advantages: Slightly better MPG Lower road tax Better aerodynamics and looks (IMO) The 6 speed gearbox in the 430 is considered better than the 8 speed in 460 - especially on local runs The 430 has better quality interior than the 460 - 460 suffers from worn interior pillars and faulty glovebox lids The 430 is quiter and engine smoother (general opinon of owners)

Ever since I drove a BMW with one, I've always wanted one - and have actually bought 2 from ebay for my LS430. I have tried them and they work very well by plugging into the OBD port But I don't like the fact that you have to stick a film on the screen where the HUD projects - otherwise due to the screen lamination you get a fuzzy double display.
