    Years ago I had to replace the rear cover of one of my mirrors - I had to remove the mirror glass from the front using brute force - If I remember correctly this only gives access to the heating and mirror adjustment side of things. - y gut feeling is you may need to remove the mirror from the door for full access - this will mean removing the door card - which is very easy on the LS430.

    Perhaps a bit of lubrication and help might get it working i.e press the fold button and push the mirror in. From experience the mirror motors are quite robust

    The LS430 appears lower becuase the front arches are larger than the rear To my eye the 460 and 600 appear level - unlike the 430

    There are some on ebay for £299 with 2 year warranty - these have been around for a while and few members on here hae bought and fitted them

    The worn drivers bolster comes up time and time again along with loose glovebox hinges - interior quality had slipped between 430 and 600.

    Simon - I don't think the gs450h has soft close? The parking sensors can be turned of the LS via a button on the dash - have a look if it is similar on the GS For the blind start with checking the fuses

    try disconnecting the battery to reset everything and see if it helps

    Don't get this??? My 55 plate 430 - No Ulez Charge but have to pay congestion charge same applies for my previous 430 I also checked a 3 plate and congestion charge is applicable

    We have an S90 in the family - Tesla have nailed it with the technology and software - unfortunatley they can't make cars - really lacking in build quality and looks - also BIG depreciation within a year!

    Well I've been pootling around (mostly local driving) in LS430s since 2012 and cant think of any other £5k car that will match the quality, serene drive and value!! they are terrible cars - everything elese seems inferior😀

    Now that would (excuse the pun) bug me untill I somehow found a solution to get rid of it!

    If its the car shown on their website that is VERY poor presentation!! There is a mark under the screen lots of dust around the interior switches scuffs on the seat hope its not a wasted journey (but your a prefectionist !!)
