I honestly don't know What I do know is that it does 3100 at 100mph though which doesn't seem a lot at all -

So yes it is on because of a faulty wear sensor !! -

I know the outside temperature was 16°C but this was only 5 minutes ticking over outside the house. I wonder what it would be like at 2500rpm cruising on the motorway Is that cold enough ???? 31°F AKA -0.55°C !!!!! -

Yup when I go though the settings it says caution low fuel, but I don't care, I have a full tank of gas !!! Or it could be the rear brake wear indicator, its been playing up recently eventhough my pads are new !!! -

I got mine done at ATS when they did my tyres too and they worked me out a fantastic deal (Think it was £25) and it took the full 1000g of r134a !!! Please note that in the picture the thermometer is Fahrenheit -

As you can see from the trip I had just reset it but take a look at these photos And no, the average wasn't set going downhill !!! It went upto 35 at one point but stayed roughly around that point I like it when my car runs well !!! -

Was that the Texaco garage on the motorway !!!! They want you to estimate how much fuel you need and pre-pay first. I come straight off the boat at Dunkerque and put my foot down, about 10 miles down the road the LPG bleeped and I ended up driving the rest of the journey to that fuel station on petrol fumes left over from England. That is the most economically I have ever driven. Literally, wipers on slow, cruise control set at 50mph, no radio, no heaters. It was like the Apollo 13 mission -

Sounds like your car is not tuned up properly Messi I had this problem with mine when it was first done If the car runs too weak it dumps more fuel in resulting in the computer saying that it is running too rich and shows awful MPG and visa-versa If it is tuned spot on then the computer should read exactly the same on petrol and LPG The best my computer showed was filling up at the German-Polish border on LPG the car was fully laden with a boot full and 3 people with air-con lights and hot-bots on and I got it to show 38mpg over an average of 50 miles at 55mph But over that run it was 2500 miles most of which was done at speeds of over 85mph and in the same conditions in the middle of winter and my car averaged 20mpg. So I did 2500 miles for roughly £350 It showed 24 on the computer but I work MPG out from full to empty on how many litres my car takes I think if Messi did this he would find out that his car is probably doing between 16-22mpg around town and 20-26mpg on the motorway -
Basically I am trying to convince the partner to let me buy an AC machine for the summer as I don't like sticky nights but she isn't budging and won't let me buy one so I think I am going to sleep in the car !!! I'm only 5'7 anyway and have slept on the back seats in Dover waiting for the ferry to France and it is actually really comfortable All the toys are closer than in my bedroom too In the car I have a reading light a phone charger and a hanger all within arms reach :P Any idea what the consumption is per hour of the ls400 ticking over ??

Just had a thought !!!! I own a LS400 that does not have a coolbox like the 430 however .............. I want one !!! Is there anyone that has adapted the piping to the rear aircon vents on the back on the console and fabricated a vent to cool down the lower storage department in the centre console Just a thought now as my aircon is ICE cold and I would love to use it to cool down the beers !!!

Try these for cover ADAC http://www.adac.de/mitgliedschaft/adac_membership/default.aspx They will recover you and your passengers in ANY car from ANY European country to a garage of your choice For example car breaks down in south of Spain they recover your car back to home in UK and put you on a flight to meet your car at the other side http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?t=1133193 The beauty about ADAC is that you are insured in ANY car (like German insurance) and if you break down in UK they pay for AA to come and get you !!! Also I remember before I knew about ADAC I used AA for European breakdown cover and they said that that cover didn't cover me for every day driving in UK as the UK is not mainland Europe !!!! That cost me £257 for a full year Anywayyyyyyyy..... Use ADAC and buy for you and a partner and it will cost you about £90 all that they ask you is that when in England if you don't have to use them then please don't as they get ripped off by AA !!! (Exact words when I rang them to order over the phone) I had to use them in Germany, It is basically a repatriation company and to be fair to them they got me to where I needed to be so I am really happy with their service

I will try and upload a photo of my y-piece after it was welded If it is done right get it welded but if not then someone will quite easily make a pigs ear of it. Whoever repairs it for you get them to do it in situ because if you try and undo the bolts and lambdas you run the risk of it all snapping and then you willl need new gaskets and the chances are it will probably blow there then when it is put back together
