Not for my taste mate. Seems to cheapen the whole aspect of Lexus, as an ordinary toyota. After all lexus is now a brand in Japan, so i wonder why they did that as well? But after all it is originally the TOYOTA ALTEZZA so its upto you.

Condensation finally went on its own accord. Something to do with the sealant around the headlight. The motto being i wont take the car through one of those ****ty car washes again. Hand wash no problem. Glad its sorted now.

Exactly WIM. You cant take NOTHING away from a person who has worked and built his fortune rather than twits who were just shat out and inherited it, as they generally dont have a clue about hardship and having to budget enough in order to eat for the following week.

What is the power on these things? Nice sort of hybrid job. Probably wedged up to death so £200 was newt to him..I will be there in about 8yrs lol!!

Mate go with the BMW if you want that type of power because the only way to get 400bhp out of the lexus is a complete engine transplant as per Mat.

Bet its like the weight of the world off your shoulders now that its gone in your favour.. Interested in the price for the work you have had done? Seems a nice finish, better in blue though lol! P.S. The arm rest was harder to fit than i thought.

1 month seems fine by me as long as tdi and prolex are game? Other members will have to respond to this as well to keep everyone happy. I am sure this will be adequate time for everyone to get into gear.

I had the same type issue except mine was more of a rubbing type noise. Had its service today (not at lexus may i add) and the rear shoe components had come apart in the disc drum type thing. Only because i told the ex lexus tech about my handbrake Now my hand brake is tighter and more rigid and the brakes just feel better.

Not sure bernard mate about the HK shipping. I am waiting on until we get a confirmed number of ppl ready to go ahead. TDi & Pro-lex i am sure will accomodate the discounted prices for later, i think. Not heard from the australian interest but will be in contact with them later.

ditto to the 2 above comments. Although the new look 3 series looks like a pitbull sucking a lemon. Still prefer the aggressive look of the IS200..the bollocks.

oh right the wipers are refillable are they? Sorry to sound daft but how does this work? Is it just the case of replacing the rubber/silicone part of the blade?

I aint having a go pal. Listen i am just a little ahead of you in terms of knowledge and i know feck all!!! I basically just read as much as poss off these boards and learned a lot from the decent members on here who have taken there time to help a non tech minded lad! You will have to put up or wife will with some degree of noise to get the type of power you want. I want the same, about 210-220bhp and i am happy.

the induction kit lies in the engine it is used for air flow to help the engine breathe better. No you cant silence it. Stick with the tte airbox that you will get with the s/c kit, its a lot quieter by all accounts ;) By the way why is it that the wife doesnt want any noise?? By the sounds of it the ignition sound alone will need to be silenced :D !!!

Easy mate have 2 sets of carpets! I have the beige and although they do get dirty nothing a quick clean and stain remover wont get rid off. Nothing more stunning than a dark colour(blue in my case) and cream interior.

I thought the induction kits offer a bhp increase? On the pro-lex site it claims 10bhp. Not for you mate as this will make your car noisy.

Both daniel plus its show of the drivers skill without losing it as most ppl dont know how to 'drift' as they immediately try to correct it and then resume cleaning their pants lol!
