The fogs are coloured inside the lenses......you'll have to go thru the painfull process of removing the foglight clusters (by peeling back the inner wheel arch liner and going in thru the back). Then separate the lens from the cluster by the oven method.... Then rub the inside of the lens down with progressively finer wet n dry paper until you've removed the yellow film. Interesting tho.....in the US, they have clear fogs on the IS300 and are all clamouring for our yellow tinted fogs!

As above... Buy some cheap oil, run it for a couple hundred miles and change it again.

Is it the stock recirculating BOV or an aftermarket vent to atmosphere? For stock, check the integrity of all the vacuum hoses For aftermarket, check the seal between the BOV and the flange
