  3. I am :P just got to find a copy
  4. does this mean you do not need to use the load resistor if your car doesn't have this feature
  5. welcome to the LOC it took me ages to find my tezza, happy hunting though :D what you done to your supra
  6. so would any1 care to post a list up of what they were pushing out at the wheels also with this we can work out how much power is lost through the transmission
  7. I only have a reading for the wheels my dyno read out is in the TDI forum if you wanna have a look you will be able to calculate your transmission lose with your figures, would be inesting to see what % you lose I recon I'm around 235 at the fly
  8. did you get figures for what there cars were pushing at the wheels, or are they all calculated figures for the flywheel

    Help!

hmmm can you put the key in the barrel if you disconnected the battery
  10. Robin H

    Help!

have you got a spare key ??? if so you could try leaving it in the ignition lock the car as normal then unlock hopefully you will get the bonging sound when you open the door then you can remove the key just an idea of tricking it maybe
  11. get some pics of the prob up may help us think, and see how much room we've got to work with
  12. haha just ordered my final drive kit from TDI along with an uprated clutch, had a large wedge of cash burning a hole in my pocket bit of retail therapy required :D once fitted means I can finally install the power fc thats been in storage for good few months here's the final drive kit click
  13. yep love mine I like kicking peoples arse's in it, bet they think oh here comes another IS200, and before the realise I'm just a spec on horizon in front of them hehehehehe Audi S3 drivers get real p!$$y
  14. when I had mine dyno'ed (was done one 1 roller) it was showing a reading of about 110mph when it hit the limiter in 4th, I would be interested to see what speed yours is doing if you on the Irish RR day
  15. I'm down in Dorset it's a bit funny you know, because I've been thinking about turbo'ing my tezza (for some time no lol) I would be interested in borrowing your manifold for a bit if that's a pos, reason why is I work with stainless steel so I would make my own manifold and exhaust system, but not to sure what the relationship between the turbo and engine flange is so that I can get it modeled up in 3D I don't have the facilities at home to be able to take my manifold off to find out how much space I've got in there or the down time on the car
  16. is the turbo top mounted on the apexi manifold or is the turbo right down at the bottom I do have a rs manifold stored away at home as I'm running with the tom's 1 on so a lend could be done, it'll need 1 stud putting in as we snapped it taking the manifold off BUT it's not something that I can afford to lose or get damaged
  17. do you know what ratio final drive kit you've got fitted 4.5 or 4.7 also would be intrested to know what speed your doing when you hit the top of each gear the early altezzas have a ratio of 4.1 dunno if this is different on later models
  18. woow that'll be some work putting it back to standard what turbo manifold you got on it ???? where abouts are you
  19. Will a lightweight flywheel work with the standard clutch? De- catting will that not increase the emissions and make it fail NCT(MOT)? yep I've got a standard clutch on a TRD flywheel yeah it may do, just get the cat put back for the MOT it's only 4 bolts you need to undo, it's easy
  20. bump dunno if anyone else is getting a set of these from BernardTamHK, but nows your chance to say
  21. de-cat, light weight flywheel maybe
  22. the mods I listed are mostly in the order that you would do them IMO the camcon is the best mod for the money under £400 a lightweight flywheel will help the car rev up quicker as there's not so much weight to get spinning round on the end of the crank I'm looking at altering the final drive of my tezza soon to give me more acceleration but I will lose top end, but to be fair when do you get to use your top end in your top gear, ok I may have to change gears a bit sooner but that doesn't really bother me IMO I would get any mechanical mods done 1st then get your camcon tuned for these settings, rather than tweaking it each time you do something else to the car
