new clutch next week hopefully, back down to <6 torque converter should give you an extra 0.5s if it behaves anything like a torque converter on an IS300

your car is an auto isn't it? do you have a torque converter on it?

does this explain the engine mounting problems? two different versions of the Supra engine, one with 6 bolt mounting and newer one with 8 bolts.

2 people = extra weight = extra grip? :iraqi-info-minister: clutch wasn't slipping when you were in the car, once a new clutch is in place it should be better. higher revs on launch required as well - video launch was at about 2,500rpm should be approx 3,000 rpm for good launch i've found.

From my last post - the bit on the underside of the bar is not a shadow or a reflection! Also notice how the pipe is flatter than it should be - if you look closely (in real life) you can see where it gets rubbed by the bar.

thank Matt and Zee, i was a bit worry then, hehehehe...... :D :D the strut will fit with the standard S/C and induction kit S/C although you may experience rubbing (look at the underside of the bar and top of the pipe in my pics above)

Does anyone know who makes these rear lights - the inner ones and the tail ones. Manufacturer and part numbers would be v.helpful (I know you can get them from www.i-m-racing.com but ideally need the manufacturer and part numbers)

think it depends on your cd player - if you have the old style player with the CD at the bottom then just the harness is ok, if you have the new one the rewiring is required. hmm, doesn't fit my car

Yep, you can do 30 in 1st! Normally do it in 2nd, 3rd or 4th if I'm on my own in the car (depends how I feel like driving). If I'm driving girlfriend or others then 6th gear.

What about first gear - seem to remember doing 30 in first (could be wrong - will test on the way home tonight!)
