A message for Lexus, am not completly convinced about the IS 250 C yet, the rear looks, well crap and you desingers at Lexus seem to think it is a good design to have the wheel arches completely dwarfing the wheels, I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT IS NOT GOOD DESIGNING, PUT BIGGER ALLOYS AND WHHEELS ON SO THAT THE WHEEL IS SLIGHLTLY WIDER THAN THE ARCH (IF that makes sense) The old or current RX is a good design more than holds its own against the X5 but I'm sure I speak for others t, I DO NOT WANT TO SEE THAT NEW RX ON THE ROAD IT'S PLAIN AND SIMPLE UGLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I came across some early designs of what the New RX might look like (please see below) and I thought if they can build it to this exact same look, you know the front grill, the aggressive stance, some very nice design touches I thought yes what a nice looking SUV. http://www.nihoncar.com/en/news_pics/643/news.jpg But what do they do make this piece of t**d (please see below) which in my opinion looks rubbish, I mean what is it with a massive body and small wheels? http://autos.canada.com/news/story.html?id...cb-e7fef60d7ba1 Just to add further, if you were driving in the first design (first link) an Audi Q7, or BMW X5 would look nothing compared to that, but as it stands (the second link) Audi and BMW have nothing to worry about as far as looks go!!!!!

But in japan the sterring wheel is on the right hand side. I am starting to get really annoyed how with everything Lexus we in the UK miss out on what is offered elsewhere. Blue colour, blue interior stitching and blue F logo, oh yes! Hope they see sense and release it in the UK.

I Hope you can assist me, I have a 2002 IS and when you open the doors there is a red light inside the door panel. Is it possible I can get that changed to a light Blue light, if so who can do it for me and what size bulb or light cover etc etc would I require. As always your help is appreciated.

I would like to buy one in the Ultrasonic Blue, has to be that colour.

When you say 5th Gear cheated what do you mean exactly, the reason being I watched the test between the F and the M3 and I also got the impression they were being very biased towards the M3? I agree about the back, until I see one for real I can’t say for sure but one thing is clear IMO the alloys/wheels need to be bigger and a touch wider!

I've seen a few videos of the show and I'm not sure if I like the design, but I have not had a good enough look at it, but one thing is for sure the wheels need to be bigger and wider!!

There is a company called LapTab Alloy Wheel Refurb Specailist in Birmingham Junction 6 or 7 I think. I've had mine done from them twice. Once my 17" and then my 18" Aero Packs and I am very pleased with them they charge about £50.00 per alloy. The M3 looked more stable no doubt, but I'm not so sure in terms of Lap Times, I hear even though the F might look a bit difficult to handle it is actually quicker around a track. Oh latest news expect an IS F Convertable to be released end of 2009 or early 2010.

I agree and also did you notice how long and hard Tiff tried to do those do - nuts etc with the M3, after the same amount of time as the F, the heart rate was below with the M3, after which Tiff continued doing do-nuts to try and get it higher than the F, totally biased. Yes fair enough the M3 has more legroom in the back then the F, but come on, this was no test it was biased towards the M3. Having said that full credit to Lexus F for delivering what they have delivered in their first attempt! Pitty the dumb asses have not yet decided to launch the Ultrasonic Blue in the UK, Imagine seeing a Blue IS F at the lights with those Gun Metal Grey alloys - a truly awesome sight!!!!

I came across this person in a garage and he said one of his friends has a Lexus GS 300 Turbo and that it is an officail Limited Edition Lexus model? Any truth in this or has he just fitted a Turbo to it?

Thank you! Yes, they did say the colour choices are quite limited on the car. I am surprised they have not released the blue and keep it unique to the IS-F. The M3 had that Dakar Yellow and the blue that only the M power cars had. Yes, I totally agree, have you posted your vote, if not then please do so, as I am putting in efforts to make this happen.
