Now your talking . What a machine .i have the V8 deisel. No dirfrerance than the f in fuel . Heard a lot a bad things about them , but if you get a good one Jesus you will enjoy driving one

There is just something about a supercharged V8. The sheer amount of grunt on tap with next to no lag, it always makes me grin. I'm waiting for the prices on the XKR to bottom out before I jump into one, sticking with the pops and bangs of the 4 pot in my Evo X for the meantime.

I'd be considering some version of the JLR supercharged V8 too. Colleague at work has the XKR and even with the standard exhaust it pops and burbles nicely. I heard your brother's XFR albeit briefly and even with a limited amount of exhaust fettling it sounded epic! I'm planning on having a new exhaust fitted in the next couple of months.

there is a very subtly tuned black XKRS that lurks in my local station car park occasionally, Looks and sounds epic, though I suspect having to wash it every 10 minutes would get a bit annoying.

SUV options would be the Infiniti FX or Grand Cherokee SRT8.....although I do love the ML63.

No chance have read of both the Euro NCAP and the Aus version Ford refuse to supply vehicles for testing, the euro result in crash tests are appalling. Especially if you have a family.
