Hoping so, came with all the bolts and fitting instructions but will get it done by a professional for piece of mind. They are ABS plastic so plenty of flex as well, was what I was wanting after using fibreglass products on other cars and them always breaking. Got protective film on in the pic, they are gloss black so should have that OEM feel.

I fitted same kit on mine year and half ago….wasn’t happy with how cheap they looked when i unpacked them but once fitted and modified  (basically i filled the void under the side skirts with foam sheeting cut to size and hot glued in to make it look solid and trimmed of the excess plastic bits on front splitter so it doesn’t create a wind drag…. they’ll do for time being… make sure you use a good 3m sticky tape stuff tho

Also bare in mind that it comes very close to jacking points if you use a trolly jack, so watch you dont jack up on sideskirts, ive trimmed mine a bit as i have a large head low profile trolley jack  so took a curve out where it approached the jack points,( not visible unless your under car) plus i used extra self tappers to get it 100% flush against body

Purely out of being inquisitive how much £ would this mod likely add to an insurance premium ....ahem 🙄! Or indeed any warranty issues ? Not stirring up anything purely enquiring 🙈🙉🙊

Delivery! After some research I decided to get a set of swift sport lowering springs from the states. Should lower the front by 33mm (1.3 inch) and back by 25mm (1 inch) but leave the ride fairly similar to stock. Box is a bit battered but the springs inside are all good 😄

Also ordered some carbon fibre mirror covers from China. Had them on all my previous Supra's and they've been a great fit.

These however, weren't 😡 One to big, the other to small!

China is always a gamble, I am happy to give them a try but be prepared to lose out.

The kit looks great, well done on fitting. Should dechrome the rest of the car gloss black to match 😉

Dechroming is already being discussed with my local car wrap guy 😄

Hi Ben and great choice of colour! I am also new to RCF ownership - 2019 model in Azur Blue. Previously had a IS250, great car.

Enjoying this one, if not the fuel consumption and the infotainment. It has the newer widescreen but no carplay upgrade available, which is disappointing from Lexus - especially given owners of NX, UF and ES can benefit from software upgrade.

How did you get on with the springs? Also think they sit a little high in the front so interested in this

@RCF Fan have a read of this, might tickle your fancy...

Many thanks, Bill - impressive stuff. I would be terrified to do that myself though...will google some audio specialists in west london...

Ha. I had practice on my IS250 before and IS200 before that so not as scary once you have done a couple.

I would be happy to oversee you doing it yourself, seen as you are not too far away.

Note, there are 'better' products available, like the Lexion 10" or indeed an Android 10 unit which are also available.

However, I am only interested in adding apple Carplay to my OEM system so went for this one - which I had tried and tested in my wife's Mercedes too.

Join the RCF Owners page on Facebook, plenty to read through there.

Many thanks Billy, that is a very kind offer. I am the same, would not be that keen to get rid of the standard screen/infotainment - just wish it was better especially considering it's age. Still, i knew about that prior to purchasing - just a shame really.
