Just bought my first Lexus - What to look out for

Hi all - as topic shows I bought my first Lexus 2 days ago and its a hell of a lot of car for the money - paid £2195 for a 2010 is200 with 141k on the clock - Just wondered if there was anything I should look out for (granted a bit late as I've bought it !) - The only thing I've noticed so far is that it has a slight judder when standing idle... not enough to stall just a bit of a shake, rev staying just below 1 ... is this normal?  Thanks in advance for any views

Right ok coz the is200 is a 2.0 litre 6 cylinder petrol. Do a post in gen 2 IS about your car issues as you'll get answers quickly.
