It should just be the standard Denso fitting. Not sure why they don't list it. Not sure about Bosch aftermarket ones but Autodoc.co.uk list the OEM one, or directly from Lexus on their official eBay store:

On other makes of cars that I have owned that have a rear wiper I would keep one of the fronts when changing them to use the rubber for the rear, I used to remove the rear rubber & old front then cut to that down to suit.

Now have a spare for the RX as a new set just fitted to keep for the day its needed for the rear should the above be an option on this car ?
