Radio And Satnav

Hello,

I have the first type radio with the cd at the bottom and CD-Rom Satnav.

I have big trouble with the FM and i plan the buy another radio and eBay or other,

but i have read on a forum that there are 2 kind of radio, one for cars with satnav and one for those without. :duh:

Is this true?

i dont think that is true,, havent heard otherwise..

There is perhaps 4 different Radio's for the IS

Two designed for the basic S models (new style and old style)

Two for the SE and Sport Models(as above)

Old style and new styles are not compatible with the wiring in the Lex so I would think you need one that matches your model

Im not aware of any nav/non nav ones though

I had my stereo changed under waranty and i confirm you that nav and no nav stereos are differents.

First one they ordered was not correct one.
