It has the cut-outs, as the letters/numbers already glow behind the panel :winky:

Yes mate, down the middle.

I assume the dash wasn't fitted in a car for the pic, as there's no needles either, hence no gear selection :)

It's deffo for a LHD (American) as it's also got a section for traction control

The actual dials are back to front the revs and speedo are reversed etc
