Hi mate that is the only place they are not the same is under the bonnet US kits will not fit the UK cars with out Modding them 1st but the rest should fit ok ie! lights Grill and so on!!

parts in the US are not always cheaper, and a lot of the cheap stuff vendors just sell crap ...

the body kits from the US will not fit the UK 200 or 300 due to differing safety rules on the crash bars..

however kits form Jap land will fit..
