just for fun tried changing postcode form mine to my mates in Watford on Swiftcovers page and it was HALVED to 600 annual.

Well, if you're 24, I guess you have a Mother somewhere (NOT in London would be good!) so you can use that address. Nothing to stop you 'visiting' your address whenever your car gets done-in! Or, it's irrelevant as you'll be in an accident elsewhere (Tesco) so where it's parked wouldn't matter!

Looking from here, I'm just glad I don't live ....or even VISIT!!! ...London! 12 mph average speed....'Congestion' charging.....pollution; crime/car jacking....Well, I guess SOMEONE has to live there!
