Can anyone post instructions or a link on how to remove the headunit from the dash of my RX400 so that I can install the vaistech adaptor ?

This should get the stereo unit out - I believe there is commonality in the RX330/300/400 in this matter.

Proceed with caution as I was told very clearly (although I would love for them to be wrong as I desperately want an iPod for my car but connected neatly and permantently in my own RX) that the US head unit whilst lloks the same from the outside is different on the inside on the european spec cars and other markets.
