Limited Slip Differential

Does anyone know if i can fit a limited slip diff to my supercharged SE auto.It feels a little bit dangerous at roundabouts and corners.cheers in advance.Raj.Has anyone added aftermarket lsd to their IS?

its like the back end wants to go.It feels like my old mans GS when you give it some in the wet.also when i sometimes try and give it some like quick overtakes,i feel the wheels juttering not being exact.all the power is there but its not being delivered to the wheels.im not sure if im making myself clear.its hard to explain.i feel that the lsd would correct this.please correct me if im wrong.cheers.raj

No I haven't yet mate. It'll be a while untill I go this route as I'm considering a gearbox conversion at the same time.

Would it be worth considering a second hand LSD box off a scrapped Sport or a Tezza?

Can only be of benefit even if you also add the better Traction control system.....

Reading on the Aussie site it seems alot of them swap Differential boxes..... must be possible

yeah ive been thinking the same thing about getting the racelogic trc aswell as a lsd,the combo im sure will be nice.hadnt thought bout second hand,got any ideas where one can be sourced second hand noel.

We carry the Kaaz LSD and Race Logic traction control systems.

Kaaz LSD is too noisy for a daily driver. They also require frequent (3000 miles if I remember right) diff oil changes.

I have a second hand Altezza LSD diff tucked away :D
