been looking at few moniters lately my mate just had a lovely 19" widescreen tft packerd bell cant

believe how cheap these are getting makes my 17" flat screen look soooo old

so been looking around but now fancy one with a tv tuner so i can get best of both worlds

so help from you electric guru's would be great this is what i have found any advise

The Dixons one is pretty good value, think Advent is their own brand PC stuff....the brightness is not the best but sure it will be fine. The contrast ratio 500:1 which is good though.

As im seriously bored.....tragic for a Sat night.....i'll have a look mate :P

To be honest, their is not alot of monitors that have Tv tuners built in.......but you can buy Digital Tv tuners that plug in your USB port for about £15! Thought about going down that route?

The other option is to go for a LCD Tv that has a PC input......

or you could fit PCI Digital tuner Card £48.50

I am very pleased with it. No problems at all.

I would go for the Acer as I currently have two running on a Radeon X1650 Pro 512 mb Graphics card. :D

Regarding digital Tv, it will pay you to get a good aerial.
