i was just wondering how much discount you get with most companys also how do you get the discount

it will depend on company, but i got 15% at Lexus Leicester on the service of the GS which saved about £50, double the cost of the membership fee. Got the IS service next month, so financially you really can't lose unless you live no where near a dealer, like Mars.

you get the discount by showing off your LOC gold card.

yes you do have to be gold and i think all dealers offer discount on parts and servicing...Its not only dealers that offer discounts :winky:

A full list of the dealers and other companies that you can get discount on is on the gold members area.

All companies will be checking gold membership soon on a database and so gold membership card or number will be required.

The discounts that can be gained by having a gold membership are a privelege for supporting the club and the membership fee is so small that you easily make it back plus alot more!!

So please support the club and become gold!

Just to give you an idea of the savings I had on a recent service of my IS. I had been quoted £220 'everywhere', but using my gold card at an affiliated dealer, I had the service done for £90.00 - no difference in service whatsoever.

I think you'll agree that was one hell of a saving.
