coilovers all the way, i brought my tte adjustables from mat(above) over a year ago... not sure how low it really is to be honest...

Thats with 8j 19x9" wheels with 215/35/19 on the front and 235/35/19 rear... no rubbing problems at all.

You need to lower it as much as you can to cope with the million round abouts you have in Milton Keynes!lol...last time i was there for some job trainning, i must have encountered no less than 12 round abouts. My tomtom was going nuts...nice car by the way!
