My Engine Managment Light Is On :(

Recommended Posts

I went about 12:30 and got some fuel in my car, texaco high octane stuff, 97ron me thinks, then the guy wouldnt let me fill my tank, because they had some drive offs well i was quite annoyed because 2 guys drove in whilst i was argueing with him saying "i dont know how much im putting in so ill fill the tank then come and pay" still wasnt good enough, so i put £30 of this fuel in

Then drove to a garage dowen the road and put bp ultimite in, and other £45 in the bop garage, then i went for a lap of town, half way round the town

My engine managment light came on!!! :( dont know why the car isnt down in power or anything, of any slower, so im unsure!!! Can anyone help me????

Thanks :) in advance

You could reset your ECU and take another drive. The light might stay off but just take note of what the car is doing if and when it comes on again.

It might not tell you anything more but it is easier and quicker than the pin out thing.
