Liverpool has been brilliant since I got my is200 Sportcross from them last August...I happened to mention there was a bit of corrosion on the alloys and without me pressing them at all they rang Lexus and sorted out a brand new set of wheel...not bad for a 5 yr old car..they look great!

Dealt with L'pool a couple of times once on the phone to sort out re-setting keys and they went through the proceedure with me and called me back so they pay'd for the call, also got my sport grille from them whcih they sorted very quickly. So thumbs up from me ;)

I live in Wigan and went down to Hanley for my service - hopefully shall be returning very shortly for the next.

Never tried Liverpool (which is where my car was done previously) or Bolton but had dealings with them on other things and not sure about them as yet...
