Sorry guys I know its another HID topic.

Just got mine delivered today from eBay all looks good but as anyone provided a walkthrough where to install ballast etc and with pics.

Would be a great help cheers

Also should you drill your ballasts on or just tie wrap?

A member on here Tony Goose fitted his under the drivers side headlight and the other one under the windscreen washer bottle no need to drill just use double sided tape

Yeah double sided sticky foam is the way forward to stick them down as Mole says.

There is a fair bit of room near the suspension turrets if your leads will reach that far. There is loads of space on the driver's side, mine is mounted near the headlight on that side, on the roughly-horizontally-flat bit of the engine bay. On the passenger side it's a bit more cramped, mine is on the side of the suspension turret there.

I will take and post pictures of my installation in the morning, if someone hasn't already beaten me to it.

As has been said, sticky foam pads are great for the job.

Close :) Under both headlights bonded not drilled.

On left side there's just enough room for the ballast to sit between top of washer bottle and underside of headlamp.

Right side there's a cavern like space under the light so plenty of room.

D'oh ! Sorry, I forgot to take and post my own pics. But my installation is extremely similar to the one above. On the passenger side I installed the ballast in exactly the same place. On the driver's side, I installed it on the (relatively) large horizontally flat area just behind the headlight.
