Alloy Wheel Polishing?

i've been refurbing my own matey and polished the rim and spokes using wet and dry sand paper then buffing them up using autosol metal polish and a drill powered bufffer that i got off eBay, Have a look here mate to see what i've done to a set of mine CLICK ME !

Might be better to have a google search for metal polishers in your area to see whats about as i got a quote at £100 a rim to do what i've done at home :o

There is a company called Pure Klass in Covnetry that advertise on some of the VW forums and they are very good.

There is a company called LapTab Alloy Wheel Refurb Specailist in Birmingham Junction 6 or 7 I think. I've had mine done from them twice. Once my 17" and then my 18" Aero Packs and I am very pleased with them they charge about £50.00 per alloy.

I used SmartCare for my wifes car recently where they offer a Total Wheel Refurbishment, the full works!

All wheels are shot-blasted by hand to remove previous layers of lacquer and paint and then off to be Powder Coated.
