Hi,

anyone got any advice on how to either clean or replace the chrome exhaust pipes on the back of the GS,

mine are starting to look a bit tatty now, and I either want some magic polish to clean them up,

or

some help on whether they can actually be detached and replaced?

RK.

mine too were a bit tatty and so looked at alternatives,

they are a tap on fit allthough pretty tight, they do tap off as they are fixed with a spring steel insert

if i knew or anyone can tell me how i will upload a couple of pics.

i went a bit silly and put two stainless 5" zap tips on,looks good to me.

£40 each from local powerlow exhaust agents.
