the rears can be opened using a heat knife, then glueing back together

So it would seem that it isnt recommended to use a dremmel, but instead a heat knife.. Mat can you just clarify what you meant by a heat knife, are you talking literally a stanley knife heated up or you mean a specific tool..

To JAE i will be bringing ....

A fairly broken pair of smoked rear clusters - Nice customizing by TNT :)

If anyone would like to 'practice' dismantling some before working on their own...

Seek me out and though shall be rewarded with said knackered clusters.

Or alternatively, we could put them in the barbie and see how they cook :unsure:
