I just don't know why this website is so slow - every page takes ages to load... I am on the Virgin fibre optic system and it generally runs well. Browser is: latest Firefox. Anything I can do to speed things up?

Hi, I'm on the very cheapest TalkTalk broadband package and it works fine for me !

No probs getting this page or most others at any time. CT6 postcode tho, that might make a difference.

Windows 7, Firefox & 6mb down the phone. Other sites are fine.

Its OK here on Virgin cable too at 20:47

I have trouble sometimes so I restart safari and it goes much faster. Sometimes you hit a duff server I guess.

Hi I recently ditched Internet Exployer, there are just too many errors with the latest version.

I'm now using Firefox full time and its been ok although yesterday I too had issues with this site being slow.

All that said, I think the latest upgrade to the site hasn't improved the user experience.
