Last sunday the speedo needle on my mk3 LS400 decided it would black out half way down the needle, obviously we all like a fully working LS so the next day I called Chris Vince from this very forum and asked if he could help. Chris promptly advised me he could and talked me through the procedure. Basically I posted the dials to him and he had them back to me a few days later.

While the dials were there Chris also examined the 'working' tacho needle and took the decision to do his magic on that also as a preventative measure to avoid it failing in the near future, as he said it was on its way out anyway.

The dials now look and work as Lexus intended, they're like new. They're the same colour/brightness as the fuel/temp, they dim the same, basically its a perfect fix.
