Need Key Cutting Using Car Info Only?

Hello Every one I'm a bit new around and a new Lexus owner.

Been search for answers but were not finding the answer am looking for!

I need to get a New FOB key cut! The thing is am located in the Sun Caribbean and can't find a company that provided laser cutting.

Is there a dealer, site ,company, I can provided my car information that can cut and forward the key to me.(Using the car details)

I believe I can manage to program the FOB myself as I have one of the Original Transponder key.

Any and every help is need !!!

hi sent you a pm,with a name/email address of a guy that can cut a key/programme it if you have the key number.
