Just Done The Fog/brake Mod

Just decided to do the fog/brake mod and will eventually do tthe full conversion. Ive put the cable in place so its there ready as and when I need it. Found a couple of spare connectors though whilst doing it and wondered what they are? One is near the passenger side rear light and the other near the boot locking mechanism in the lid (pictured) any ideas?

Where have you located your fog light?

Still works as fog light as well.

Does it work as your tail lights too?

You could've tapped the brake and fog in from behind the rear set and leave the hinge wiring intact.

The spare connector near the lock mech is for a 3rd brake light if a rear spoiler is fitted.

I have din this mod but then as tail and fog only. Brake light are just the outers on mine.

Im planning on what Ray did also. And yes i know we were talking about this months ago Ray i just havent got round to it! bought the connector tho

I was thinking of putting a tiny switch in the boot lining to turn this on/off.

Maybe an idea before you do yours?
