I signed up for Gold Membership online last Saturday (16th March) but I still seem to be barred from accessing certain parts of the LOC site, do I not receive some sort of online/postal confirmation of my Gold Membership? Iain.

Your avatar should have changed to reflect gold membership as well, Steve could be busy though as he has a full time job as well as LOC.

I have upgraded your account, sorry about this, its a manual process at the moment, but soon will be automatic.

Steve sorry to bother you on someone else's thread! But how long is it usually before the membership pack is sent out, as I will need my card for some repairs at sheffield next week, or the membership number?

If you need your Gold membership proof in a hurry I think that if you print off your profile page which shows your Gold status and full name it should be acceptable for discount at Lexus Sheffield.
