Gs 430 Sport Mk. 2

Sadly, due to imminent divorce, I am forced to consider selling my beloved GS 430 Sport. The problem I have is valuing it.

Its a 2003 with 87,000 miles and full Lexus service history finished in Silver.

The big question is how much do members think it is worth and where would be the best place to market it?

I would suggest using whatcar.com to get a free valuation or have a look on eBay and autotrader for similar vehicles. Those two sites are probably the best options for selling as well.

Any options, modifications and recent work probably won't really add to the value but could make it easier to sell. Unfortunately old GSs can be difficult to sell on, there aren't too many potential buyers out there.

GS430 sports are getting quite rare now ( 126 in 2013 according to how many left website), however as Colin says they are an old car with a big engine so for a lot of people they could be trouble - even though ironically if they have been looked after and properly serviced, they make a great buy. Saw one on Autotrader 4 or 5 months ago that had done 215k miles and was up for £1,500 - silver with black leather and was the 2001 dealer one not the 2003 model from the factory - interior had worn very well too.
