Just Picked Up Our Gs450H

Here is our new (to us) 2008 GS450h SE. Black on black with Mark Levinson.

The drive home was great. This thing is EXTREMELY rapid, and we got 44mpg on the run from Leicester to North Wales.

I've just got to read the manual now.

I was looking at one of those in Tesco car park this morning, looked very nice.

I'm happy with my lpg'd 400 for now, but I'm thinking hybrid may be the way to go eventually, as I love having luxury and performance mixed with decent economy.

Quick update after a couple of weeks of ownership.

This car is EPIC! It's comfortable, smooth, quiet and refined. It's also very VERY FAST! Once you hit the PWR and SPORT buttons this thing is extremely rapid, especially getting onto the throttle after a bend/corner.

There are, as can be expected, a few areas on the vehicle that could be improved, however, these are just personal niggles.

It's also a bonus that my wife is getting 2 weeks to a tank of fuel rather than only 1 in her Jag.
