We have developed the stage 1 compressor boost upgrade which consists of pulley and belt, and ecu. This conversion is safe with the standard engine internal, but we will also offer a high boost conversion wich will require uprated pistons and rods. Mark :)

Chaps We have a used HKS Ti tip Hiper Muffler for sale. It has come off the HKS development is300 and has had only 5 days use so is all but brand new. It will fit the is200 and is300. The first person to bite my hand off with a half sensible offer, has it. Mark

Asin Exhaust manifold design is quite complex. Diameters, lengths and convergance angles are all critical which basically means that if your man doesn't know what the standard size is or what the correct dimensions should be, perhaps you would be better off looking elsewhere. We have already done a fair amount of work in this area, and hope to make an announcement soon :D Mark

The supercharger model is M45 which is the baby of the bunch as it is good for 2.0 to 3.0 litre applications. Mark

GRiM We should have this data soon. BTW, we already have a fully efective Babe Magnet. I will happily sit in your car and attract them for £60 plus vat per hour dboey, The standard supercharged model may not require any further mapping, but this will be essential when any other modifications are carried out. We should have the data later this month Mark :)

For some reason I couldn't down load the picture, so I can't see what it looks like :( The only wires going to the direct fire ignition coils are low voltage, so I don't see how changing the wires can be useful unless you get some sort of amlifier with the wires. Anyway, I hope it works out OK for you :) Mark

Johnny-Boy It gives 6hp / 12 ft/lbs torque on a standard car. The improvements are from 3000 rpm up to the red line. We do not have any acceleration data yet, but from my driving impressions I can certainly notice the improvement. This modification will work better as other upgrades such as exhaust and manifold are done. Mark:)

Trouble is though, the is200 doesn't have spark plug leads! You may find they are made for the Alteza 3sge. Better check before you buy! The Twin Power ignition amplifier works on the is200 by doubling the spark power. Mark

Hello Just to let you know tht we have finally finished development on the ECU upgrade. No messing with tamper proof screws or desoldering etc. Take a look at http://www.tdi-plc.com/is200.html for info. The version for the supercharged models with 3D mapping will follow shortly. The other things you may like to consider are ; Uprated suspension bushes, which reduce unwanted suspension arm movement. The anti roll bars from TTE and HKS work very well. As far as springs go, Eibach are very good and reasonably priced, or HKS but they are more expensive. If you really want to go for it, a fully adjustable kit is a wise investment. Your choice of the best is TTE, HKS and Tein. Dark is right about the strut braces, and you can't go wrong for that price! Hope this helps Mark:)

Hello People, Just to let you know that HKS have introduced a new ride hight and bump/rebound adjustable suspension kit for the mk1 and mk2 GS300. The Hipermax LS system is designed for street use having very good compliance and comfort/handling compromise. The price is £1160 plus vat whicj I think is very reasonable. Also, we have bought a bulk purchase of Eibach springs for the Mk1 GS300 at a special price of £170 plus vat. Hope this is of some interest Mark:)

i think you need to move the filter,nearer and behind the headlight............. at the moment its sitting face into the flow,and in the flow of the hot air from the radiator and fans................. i also think a larger surface area/vector type filter would be of a greater benifit..... Agreed!!...........plus the heat soak to the metal intake pipe being so close the exhaust manifold must also cost a fair amount of power. Perhaps re routing the intake pipe or at the very least some decent lagging should be beneficial. Also a heat shield to separate the radiator from the filter would be nice. Gotta try and keep things cooooooooool. Mark :)

Not only that, but you have to make hanging brackets, fitting flange, and the correct shape pipe work. I know want I would rather do :)

We have not fitted any of these here so I don't know what they are like. They appear to made from the Hiper Mufflers which are the loudest road mufflers they make. The full systems we have fitted here, such as the one fitted to Shrek's and our car is perfectly quiet at all road speeds. Choices choices...... Mark
