  2. hi i have tried every type of wiper blade and in the end bought a set from Lexus and no more problems with juddering. I found with the flat blades as you got up to higher speeds the flat blades flexed and they were not cheap blades so give Lexus a ring as i paid about £4 for the near side and £25 for the offside money well spent
  3. hi even if the cam belt has been done get it checked we had one in the workshop that had the belt done about a year ago when i checked it there was about 10 mm of belt left they had changed the belt but not the idler and tensioner and he had only just bought it so be aware i ve have had a is200 for 6 years now and its been a great car to be sure get a aa check
  4. Hi did they check the gas pressure as low pressure would stop the pump from working
  5. hi the reason people change the water pump with the cam belt is that if it leaks you have to remove the cambelt to replace it so it can work out cheaper to do the both at the same time but the cambelt does not drive the water pump
  6. hi try disconnecting the battery and leave the car for a couple of days then try to start the car if the battery is flat then you know if the battery is at fault or not

  11. hi i think its 40 000 miles you need to change the filter too you wont feel any difference but if the filter starts to block it will starve the auto box of oil and this will destroy it
  12. hi just take the car for a run and get the oil warm then drain the oil out of the gear box and diff then put new oil in if the belts are cracked replace them but dont forget cambelt this is the important one
