dont do it!!! i personally dislike m3 mirrors now. i do like dtm mirrors but they dont really suit the lexus. try finding a set of covers for the standard mirrors that have the side repeater on. ul probably find them on ebay us.

heres an old one of mine. its on d2 coilovers. not sure how much lower i went. it is driveable like that, but i wouldnt go any lower as it would scrape on everything! not just most things!! lol

yeah thats what i meant. to be honest i dont like them without the sideskirts. the trd dont really match the front and rear but there the only decent sideskirt about that ive seen. im not looking at keeping the car for much longer than another year so id like to get the kit on so i can have some benefits from it!! lol the only reason i wouldnt have the fibreglass kit is or it breaking if i hit anything. the rear isnt really a problem as im pretty carefull when i reverse. but the sideskirts would be on the floor all the time so they really need to be pvc as id need to replace them every 5 minutes.

im on ebay everyday looking! im that desperate! lol yeah im not that keen on the fibreglass but if i cant find any in 6 weeks or so then il get them. really dont want to tho.

Hey guys. i recently had sport front bumper fitted but the car looks a bit odd without the sideskirts and rear lip. ive seen the fibreglass ones on ebay but to be honest id rather have the genuine. just thought id ask to see if anyone had them kicking about. cheers neil

Hey people. im looking for a ford transit swb. its got to have the low top so i can get it in my garage. i want one that is around a 51 plate or newer. ive seen a few but there sold when i ring them. ive tried auto trader and pistonheads and friday-ad but nothing that really jumps out. the ones ive seen that arent sold are normally the 80ps model, which to be honest i think would be too sluggish. ive got £2000 to spend or there abouts. got to be in relatively good condition. and preferably in white. if you guys have seen any about or if anyone is thinking of selling, it would be great if you could let me know. theres some free stickers for the person that finds the right van!! lol cheers guys. neil

yes behind the plastic trim there is a large recess.

hi. you cant just remove the front number plate and not have one in that posistion at all, as there is a large recess behind it. i had to have my old bumper plastic welded and smoothed over, then repainted. cheers neil

Hi. Yeah I would buy the halfords professional range too. As said, lifetime garuntee. I bought lots of bluepoint tools. There same sort of quality as halfords and they have a lifetime warranty too, only problem is that u have to get hold of the snap on man to change them. Buy the main tools from halfords but I'd buy the not so needed tools from machine mart. There pretty cheap.

Just out of intrest. Does this make much of a difference in braking, fitting supra calipers?

i just bought the pieces from ebay. think it cost about £60 for all the bits. pretty simple to do. think u need 63mm bore pipe to fix to the inlet. a length of chrome pipe. i got 1200mm and i have some left over. 2 90degree elbows. and some jubileee clips. oh and an air filter to fit on the end. have a go. took me less than an hour. i must admit i didnt notice much difference, so dont expect too much. its probably the cheap filter i bought that is restricting it. will update another time.

the reason i say about using the auto switch is that it seems to have an extra click if you pull it further.

was just wondering the other day if there was a way you could make all the windows go up and down like the drivers window with one flick of the switch? would i have to get 3 drivers door switch panels and take the drivers window switch out of each? just wondered if its been done and possible.

hi. the bit i need is the part that directly below the heated seats switch.the panel that the ashtray and the cigarette lighter sits in. the seperate bit. when its removed it has the gearlever gaiter on it. its so i can replace the cigarette lighter socket. how much u looking for for the part you have? have you a picture to confirm?
