Hi, Lee and welcome to LOC. I did exactly as you did, driving lots of German stuff and then found Lexus. Also like you I drove a 200 (well, several actually) and a 300 SportCross, but I chose the 300. Lexus ownerhsip is a real pleasure, so hopefully you'll get your car soon.

.... and they are taking the view that fitting the supercharger would give the clutch a harder time, which in turns seems not an unreasonable assumption.On the other hand, if the problem was there before the supercharger was fitted, you might argue that they had a go at fixing it beforehand, and have clearly failed. The fitting of your supercharger is therefore entirely incidental. Happy negotiating!

Round here, it's been 99.9p for ages - until the past day or two, when the supermarkets and big garages have gone to 100.9. Lots of smaller retailers are up at 104.9, though.

I reckon the lights on my 2004 IS300 SportCrossare fantastic – they burn holes in road signs from 1000 yards! You must have a problem of some sort with yours. -

Yup, you do. You have a duty to disclose all accidents, fault or not. Anyway, better to be honest now than to have to argue the case if they find out later on when you need to claim.
