well yes it is important because might get water inside it so i would seal and normal silicone sealant would do mate

i dont see why it is not working. well if thats the case then i have a 05 transponder which i will reprogramming my and my car is a 2000 so lets see if it works if not we can swap and take it from there?

im sure silicone will be fine. i used it on my induction kit to get the sensor in place and never had a problem

thats not bad i bought one off ebay for 10 pounds and got it cut for 5 pounds. yes if the transponder is from a different car it can be easily programmed if you got the master key. if you search the fourm there is a write up on it

the price is too high from lexus. try ebay mate. and for the sat nav cable mail fargo and the sat nav screen will start working again

a decent exhaust shop would be able to make one no problem
