  1. just keep an eye on ebay and the for sale section...any garage should be able to fit it mate its honestly a very simple job...
  2. use heat and the lock nuts will come loose...just clean the threads and once hot the nut should move
  3. supercharging is the cheapest way approx 2k and you can do it yourself in approx 4 hours...also the noise is amazing
  4. what connectors you got?have you got the amp by pass? the connector you need the wrong one
  5. cant use us spec lights on a uk car and they use orange bulbs...
  6. wiring and front panel modding req......ie you need to cut parts out the front panel to fit is300 lights
  7. get hids you will never go back!!!i have them in my dipped,full beam and fogs... one thing i will say is once fitted get them alighned and you'll get no greef and you'll wonder why you didnt fit them sooner
  8. i didnt say anything about the washer jets as mine has them so i didnt think to find a way round them.... so anyone with a car with washers fitted could get round the hid mot stuff buy saying it has headlamp levelers..thats the point i was making...

  10. as i said they are going to run into problems atom and cateram are chalenging right now as the mot ruling makes their cars illegal......ive had the manual for a while now also just because it doesnt have visable self levelers it doesnt mean its a fail Vehicles equipped with High Intensity Discharge (HID) or LED dipped beam headlamps may be fitted with headlamp washers and a suspension or headlamp self levelling system. Where such systems are fitted, they must work;however, it is accepted that it may not be possible to readily determine the functioning of self levelling systems. In such cases, the benefit of the doubt must be given. if i say my cars fitted with a self leveling headlamp function then boom you cant really argue as you cant take covers off to check..... as said theirs loop holes all over the place
  11. thing is their going to run into problems with this due to some cars cateram...hid's no washers no leveling atom as above so they are aparantly going to reword it to as long as the suspension is stiff enough to cope with hids being fitted
  12. L2-means will only use 1st and 2nd 3-means it will use 1st 2nd and 3rd
  13. hb4 for dipped beam and fog lights hb3 for full beam.. and you will need two kits per light ie one for dipped and one for full beam
  14. no mate the diff in your car is a torsen type.....its a torque multiplyer system ie hand spinning a wheel wont make any torque their for the other wheel wont move....go to a area with stones/grass/mud and take off hard you will see two lines as the diff will lock
  15. have you got the oem stereo in your car?
  16. brake light on because of a blown bulb as for the trc light you will need a diagnostic tester
  17. as long as it flashes for no more than 5secs then goes solid vosa say theirs no problem ive had mine fitted for years and had no trouble
  18. if the belt has snapped at 70 you will prob have a few bent valves...you might be cheaper looking for a complete head on ebay or if your car has done a lot of miles look for a low milage engine and get that fitted..

  20. you dont need a full history...its a very common fault on lexus/toyota i myself have done more engines than i care to remember...im a toyota licenced tec....after all the is220 engine started life in a rav4
  21. bolted to the fuel rail with a union bolt
  22. mounts, disks ,poss rethreading ,wheel clearance ,flexi pipes fitting
  23. they are not secure,and they let moisture in to the wiring....
