  1. I know those shoes.. It's Mr FARGO ... I recognise his tool box too ..
  2. Sorry for being a little late.. Happy Birthday mate ...
  3. Do you have an original fit LEXUS upgrade AV system? Or is it aftermarket fitment? I thought the upgraded ICE system is a Mark Levison speaker system ...
  4. Only ever take my car to one place for alignment, like Mat, every 6 months... never had un-even wear since..... Running oem 18"s and Tein coilover kit lowered by 35mm with anti roll bar upgrade and upper strut brace...
  5. HID's fitted, No AUto levelling No prob's with MOT Just from my experience... In my opinion I think Car manufacturers have to follow guidelines set by governing bodies to use or incorporate into their vehicles... Aftermarket or self fit systems are not as tight on following these guidelines set by the governing bodies. Like AV kits we design for manufacturers which need to be crash tested before oem fitment... but if you buy and fit aftermarket, then no one really cares... Just my opinion.
  6. GPS- Global positioning system *****- French Connection United Kingdom
  7. Not sure on your car, but as far as I know on the imported ALTEZZA with japaneese sat nav and japaneese TV tuner this is how it works. Head unit controls TV tuner option, audio/video. TV unit wires via SAT NAV box (TV tuner selections must control via sat nav box, with sat nav box removed and interchanged with UK sat nav box, TV tuner button fails to work on oem radio. The sat nav therefore is probally the heart of the system, as it is the main feature of the monitor (primary) you should really tag your connections from there. You will find the colours easily as all you need to know is the Red Green Blue and sync. There is normally a shileded cable with about 5 cables inside. I know this may sound a little silly, but if you were to have the system on and cut onyou will start to loose the colours on the monitor one by one when you find the correct ones... i.e cut the wire that transmits your Blue (in RGB) and the blue colour will go from your display leaving it a little pinky/green.. you can do the same for the other colours, once you find the SYNC colour the picture should be line'e and flicker. If I were you I would follow the colours that refer to your YEAR of car being simular model, as the colours from DVD NAV and CD rom nav are different colours slightly.
  8. Sorry I can't offer any help, But Colin Barbar would be the chap to ask, perhaps drop him a PM or i'm sure he will be along to answer soon.
  9. Think someone should kidnap Mr Prolex and tie him up for a month... so he can't do anymore for us for a while...
  10. Very Sexy Chris.. glad to see my advice made a slight difference in your choice. The POll you did really works... :winky:
  11. So far this month I have brought - Oil cooler kit Lightweight flywheel Helix clutch 6 Colder spark plugs Cheque books becoming thinner fast Coming soon Big brake if oem 18 fit, which matt has confirmed they don't woooosh (saved me some money matt) Lightweight pullies when released Balanced manifold system and perhaps the bigger intercooler if testing results are better then standard. Must also add ... been spending money on my NOS bits too. nearly 4 bottles now, just waiting for the order to come through TDI for the other 2. This means no more spending afterwards... but who has said this before Mr PROLEX, you'll have to start releasing your parts more slowly.... so people can actully save up for other things too apart from your Prolex stuff. KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB though. My Judys sat in the NOS car.. Woooosh ..It's so fun
  12. Fixed it... had it checked over at a mot centre, disc's are fine. Balanced the 2 front wheels ... Although the steering was not shaking at all, only during braking. It's perfect now.
  13. Dear Mr Prolex Will anyone be doing a trial fit on the SC IS200. Thee reason I ask is that I have removed mine but not yet disregarded it, problem being it is always rubbing on the top of the SC airbox and bonnet felt. Would be great to see what kind of clearance your strut brace offers if it fits the SC cars...
  14. For PC input you ill really need a high res monitor. This is standard resolution, picture quality will be no greater then your oem Lexus monitor, It appears this monitor has a great viewing angle and is of average brightness. It's cheap I must say, if it serves your purpose .. but only offers 2 standard video composite inputs ( RCA, phono type ) most navigation units output RGB including the Lexus oem one.
  15. Ah ha .. I can picture it now ...
  16. And where is this garage in conjunction to the house ?
  17. Cant just paint one panel, need to blow the whole side over. Contact your insurance company, INSIST your not happy with the job and if not sorted will take it to LEXUS dealer to paint, obviously they end up forking out more....
  18. Santa's in RED too right ... Nice ty though, reminds me of splinter cell
  19. wAS THINKING THAT pETE, BUT IT MIGHT GET HOT OR SOMETHING.
  20. Yeah, some clever sensor thinks your bulb hass gone.... can this not be fixed by resetting the car battery , as I have permently removed shelve brake light and have warning up
  21. i think i'll be happy with my purchase, only time will tell once it's fitted, waiting for another part at the mo.
  22. Hardly make the engine break though...
  23. Zee, that was such an xcellent example too .. It's famous you know, all those magazine features etc ...
