    It's coming along nicely. I will also be doing a list of top 20 or 30 useful commands for everyday use. I asked myself why have a great feature like this and only know a few commands ? In a couple of weeks I'll be fluent in the language !

    99% it'll be the wheels out of balance. Get all four wheels balanced as I had the same problem on a BMW and four different tyre places balanced the front wheels to no avail. When I asked for all four wheels to be balanced problem solved.

    As there is no voice command list in the manual I am going to create one based on the information on this forum (there is a list of them on here taken from the US site). I will design it so it can be printed out from MS Word in booklet form and easy to reference. I'm working on it as we speak - watch this space.....

    Yeah good point that. How many albums/tracks can be burnt onto a DVD ? Does it show playlist/album/track info ?

    well, if this wouldn't show up after more than 2 years of development and couple of grand more in comparison with the IS, it would be very bad for audi :) The 6 cylinder 3 litre diesels are the best. I've driven an Audi A6 3.0 TDI, BMW 530d, 535d, Merc C320 CDI. All are very smooth and swift. The best diesel engine I've driven is the Audi v6 3 litre. It doesn't sound like a diesel at any speed but is still not as good a sound as the IS250.

    I've just bought a new IS250 SE-L Auto after owning a Merc C270 CDI and it's the best car I've driven. It's bloomin marvellous. The engine sound, refinement, everthing. Beautiful motor. I've just taken a work mate out in it and he was totally in awe of it. So I know how you feel. Forget the slightly worse fuel economy I'm never getting a diesel again. The car is an absolute joy to drive.

    Yep I've left the manual at home and when I get back I'll forget to look it up so... I keep forgetting to fold the mirrors. Can it be set to auto fold when the start button is pressed to turn off ignition ?

    What a fool - I've found the key under my sports bag on the kitchen table. Doh - Fred Carno's circus springs to mind. Question is why was the driver's door still unlocked. Do you have to manually lock it when you leave the car or should it lock itself ?

    What range does the key work from ? it wouldn't work from inside the house would it ? It must be in the car.....

    I went to get my iPod out of the car and couldn't find the key. I've looked absolutely everywhere to no avail :shutit: I know I had the key in my hand when I left the car but still can't find it. What's worse it I went to the car before and it opens !!! I've looked inside the car to no avail and around the car - no joy. I'm panicking now in case someone has nabbed them and is waiting to come back later. Aaaarrggghhh !!!! I'm having another look around now. Whay does the car door open ??????

    Still a bit worried about this as one of the details on my insurance says... Any modifications to the manufacturer's original specification eg to wheels, suspension, bodywork or engine = No. Surely though the addition of the spoiler to the SE-L is non-standard ?

    Yes I asked for the spoiler and they threw it in as part of the deal.

    Hi Keith, Lexus have supposedly fitted the Lexuscare iPod unit which shows playlists and track full titles but mine is not doing it. It just shows 6 CDs and no track naming. I understand that a new module fixes this so mine is going back into Lexus.

    Very nice, i still like the silver :D Where did you get it from Stockport or Manchester ? Stockport. Got 27 mpg on first trip to work :shutit: Used to 34 mpg but that's the price of the engine sound and refinement.

    Looks mine needs a new module as all I get are the CD1-6 and no track names or other options. How long did the dealer take to fit the new module ?

I feel unwanted and dirty http://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/forum/ind...showtopic=49728 Everything is great apart from the iPod kit doesn't show the playlist names and tracks, just shows as CD changer with disks 1-6. I know it should display the names as it says so in the book and there is a thread about it on this forum. I'm not quite comfy in the car yet but that probably will take a bit of time.
