  1. At least the inside of the boot looks nice what with wall to wall carpeting. :D I must admit, I was looking at a way to remove the 'carpet' until I read the manual. *doh* That's what happens when you do things in the dark!
  2. Hmm... I've checked the bulb - it's definitely not blown. The (!) light doesn't seem to be coming on now. Maybe it's because I reseated the bulb but I'll check the brake fluid levels before I drive home tonight and see how it goes. Cheers for the info guys. :D
  3. Cheers for the prompt reply Zee... I'm gonna check it now as I'm on my lunch break at work. Have to hoof it to the car park. Will let you know...
  4. Ever since I removed one of my tail lights from it's holder and replaced it, my warning/handbrake light (the one with the exclaimation mark) on the dashboard is always lit. Let me explain... Rear light warning came on the other day so checked the light clusters and the tail light one wasn't working. Having never had to replace one before, I took the wedge bulb out of it's housing to inspect it. Since then, the handbrake light has always been on. I've since replaced the bulb which has put out the rear light warning indicator but what happens now is when I set off, after about 20 seconds, the handbrake/warning light comes back on. In the manual, it says if the handbrake is off and I get this light, I am to immediately stop the car and contact my local Lexus dealer! What I want to know is - what else would make the light stay on apart from the handbrake and if it's serious, what I should expect as I don't want to get fleeced by the dealer!
  5. Ok, I'll knock something up in my lunch break.
  6. All the best chefs have upped and left HK to work here in the UK!
  7. Dave - I'll stick my 10 pence worth in but... 1. How corporate do you need it? 2. Can you give me an indication of the blue you're using? (Hex number, etc) 3. Any preferred fonts? 4. Will it be printed or just appear on the web? Cheers me ol' mucker. :D
  8. If you're ever in NW London way - check out 'Golden Palace' in Harrow - it's been reviewed by Time Out as the best place for Dim Sum in the whole of London; even better than the ones in Chinatown!
  9. Does anybody remember Mintola? It was the 'sophisticated' version of Munchies. Both made by Rowntree before Nestle bought them and got rid the latter. Black Jacks, Fruit Salad, Strawberry bootlaces, rhubarb and custards, murray mints, aniseed balls, cola cubes, cola bottles, Space Dust, Corona fizzy drinks... uh oh... timewarp!!! *argh*
  10. But there are some people out there who think they are more 'equal' than others.
  11. Missed that... although you said 'human chimp' and 'Channel Five' in the same sentence. :D
  12. Not just any people but people with responsible jobs - doctors, airline pilots, etc. Should be interesting.
  13. You could do a lot worse than check these guys out before you splash out: http://www.adslguide.org.uk/
  14. You still can mate... never give up the dream! *Build it... and they will come* B)
  15. A copy of Photoshop, a sense of humour and a PC. :D Seriously though I've been using Photoshop on and off for the past 5 years. Wasn't good enough to become a graphic designer so went down the I.T. route instead. Still haven't forgotten my roots though. B)
  16. Erm... you should be able to type in the 2nd page address as the destination when you click on the initial thumbnail and include the anchor as well so that it goes directly to the photo of your choosing. I don't see why this wouldn't work but not having used Frontpage before, I'm not too sure. Look at this page for more info: link
  17. Here's my attempt after a couple of hours... I cut out Zee's engine and put a flowerbed in it.
  18. Yeah... I know there are loads of photos in the gallery, but to be funny, you have to know something that people will 'get'. Anyway, Steve says anything funny (within reason!) so I'm on the case... :D *EDIT* Incidently, the girl on the front cover of the Feb issue of Max Power (Anna Edwards) went to my school. She was in the year below me and a bit of a geek as well!
  19. Oh man... I'd love to do one but I don't know you guys well enough to have photos of any of you! :(
