  5. I got my car kit bracket from Dashmount.co.uk. Easy to fit with no drilling. :D :D

Smudger I had exactly the same experience as yourselves with the big H, they couldn't find the code for Granite Sky so I posted on here and was given the Lexus part number from Chris Shipley ( He is the Man) and I have ordered the paint from Lexus Bracknell, it is due in on Friday, apparently you get a can of paint and a can of laquer all for £7.62+vat. (Cheaper than the big H as well.) The part number I was given and have ordered is PZ448-C1C60-15 :D :D
  7. I have recently purchased an IPAQ 2210 and TomTom Navigator 3 with wired GPS and have been very impressed with it. I have also loaded full postcode lookup and speed camera location. The main advantage of these PDA sat nav systems is their portability, I can use mine in any car with a cigarette lighter at the fifth of the cost of the factory fitted option. :D :D

  10. In my view yes they do. I chose Lexus because I was fed up with the disgusting service I got from other marques. The "Lexus experience" was being confirmed by people voting in these surveys and together with sites like this I think you get a fair representation of a product. Because I am after an honest after sales service that I expect as a consumer I will be watching these surveys with interest and will look at the information to aid me in my next purchase. I hope Lexus continue to think of the customer as its greatest asset and not get complacent. It is the after sales service that makes or breaks a company. :D :D

  14. I am glad to hear that your car has been sorted at no cost to yourself. Personally I would write to Lexus GB detailing the poor customer service that you have received and tell them the facts. Lexus sells cars because of "the Lexus experience" and should be made aware of any dealerships that do not match up to this standard. Name and shame them. :D :D

  17. When I collected my IS in 2002 it came with a small tin of touch up paint in the glove box. A nice gesture I thought at the time although I didnt realise I would need it so much. :D
  18. I dont do any kind of running, bad for the joints.
