Santa Pod have always held Run What Ya Brung days, which is a great way to try your car on the drag strip and get an official print out of your times and speed. What they are doing now, is to allow clubs to book a meeting at the Pod on one of these days, you pay on the gate £10.00, and then pay £25.00 for unlimited runs all day. There are various dates throughout the year that they hold the RWYB meets, so if people are interested, i can book us a day at the Pod, it will be a club meet, with the added bonus of using the track. We wouldnt have the whole place to ourselves, there will be other clubs there too, but it would make it more interesting. Check out the website HERE and express your interest.

Is this for one or two days ?????? We might be interested if I'm at home. Any chance of a post code so we could see where it is at !!!! We normally only book the club stand for the sunday, because if we book it for the weekend, we get a stand on the grass/mud, which can be a mud bath. Ok everyone, Japfest time agaiin, if you would like to attend and be on the the club stand could you post on this thread please, Prices are as follows: £12.00 Per person incl. a club stand pass. £35.00 for a 15 min track session These prices are if purchased in advance, if you pay on the gate it is £18.00. If you let me know how many tickets are required, then if you could add .50p to each booking, just to cover p&p, that would be great. Ok its that time of year again, showtime. Always a good meet, and the chance to try your car up the 1/4 mile, as well as see the jet car do its thing, there are plenty of stalls to browse around too, as well as being able to meet up with your fellow LOC' ers. This year the club stand booking has changed slightly, in that if you want to be on the club stand, which will be on the concrete instead of the grass, you have to buy an advance entry ticket. Prices are £12.00 per person, there is also a booking fee of £7.00 per club stand, so if its ok with everyone to pay £13.00, depending on how many attend, i will reimburse you any difference. If you could start posting on here if you wish to go, and i will start to collect the money once we know how many.
