Have you thought about the rear skirt as well chris, that would look good with the front and sides being done.

Looking good Chris, colour looks perfect. they are easy to fit, arent they ! Ive always liked that colour.

I bought/painted and fitted mine myself, it didnt come primered, and i bought it from Chris S when he worked for a main dealer. It is easy to fit. You can see mine in my sig.

I have an HD tv with built in freeview, and a freeview box in the bedroom, and have all the channels, so by buying the freesat+ box, i should have the best of both, and save £600 a year on sky.

From approx. £45.00 for a SD box, up to about £150 for a HD box, depending on make. Argos do them. The freesat+ box is due out very soon. dont know the price of it yet though

I am quite lucky that i can recieve all the freeview channels, with a strong signal on 2 tvs, i also have sky, so already have a dish set up. Looking at both setups, freesat does appear to have more going for it, just waiting for there freesat+ box to come out, then i will prob go for it.

Has anyone got Freesat, and is it better than freeview. I know there are more channels and they already have HD channels. I already have freeview, which is ok, and sky, but am thinking of giving up sky, and getting a hard drive box, the freesat does look a better deal, thoughts please.

I think that should be fine though. You've got a bigger space between the 3 and the X than the other letters (so the spacing is ok), and there's no rule as far as I know about how long a number plate must be, it's fine to shorten it if you want, as long as you're using the correctly-sized lettering/font. The spacing is fine, but the lexus logo and the border round the plate are illegal. The only logo you can have is the GB/Euro and you cant have a border, and you must have the plate suppliers name and no. on it. I got fined for the same thing, my lettering was standard, but had moved the X over on my L3X plate, i also had the logo and border like Tom has.
