  1. Let's be diplomatic...for an is200.....NO But that is my opinion
  2. You will be able to get them from Lexus main dealer. They do supply them. If not then you will probably have to go for "universal fit" from somewhere like Halfords
  3. This is a real place in the Orkneys...
  4. The Subaru STi from 05 is the same as the Lexus 5 X 114 The older STi wheels were 5 X 100 ( so they are not interchangeable from Scooby to new Scooby)
  5. On the latest series of Top Gear they had stupid signs on the show. So I thought see how many LOC members come up with. So post the signs that you think are stupid. Here is mine..
  6. Check updates on here....Map Updates
  7. Hi, and welcome to LOC. Enjoy the Tezza when you get it.
  8. You can apply for it earlier than 5 days. My wife has a mobility scheme vehicle and she receives the "new" tax disc 4 weeks before it is due.
  9. A mate of mine has a RAV 4 and all he does is drool after my RX I would suggest they test drive both but to be honest, after an Audi I think they will want the RX over the RAV
  10. Here is a 99 LS400 on Ebay for breaking spares. LS400 BREAKING EBAY
  11. My commute is 3 miles up a trailway, onto the road for a mile, over a narrow footbridge into the farmers field...through a field of cows, over a gate up the farmers track and 'over' the most congested road in Dorset (i used to sit in that very queue), back on the road for another mile or so (side roads) then through a forest plantation for 3 miles How that will feel on a January morning with horizontal freezing rain i dunno For that journey I suggest a Quad bike!
  12. You would have to check on some of the offsets but they will fit... Lexus gs,ls,rx Mazda RX8 Mazda 323 Nissan Skyline Landrover Freelander Toyota Rav 4 Toyota Avensis Verso
  13. The pre 99 and after 99 Celicas were the same PCD 5 x 100 Lexus IS,GS,LS and Rx are all PCD 5 X 114 stud patterns are the same but offsets are different
  14. I know it's too late but they would not fit anyway. Lexus PCD 5 X 114 Celica PCD 5 X 100 So different stud pattern. Terry
  15. More and more people are doing this. Here is one I saw yesterday! A disgruntled BMW owner
  16. Hi, and welcome to LOC. My first Lexus was a LS400 after owning BMWs ,Jaguars and Mercs it was such a joy. Fantastic car.Luxurious and reliable and all the toys as standard. Once you have a test drive you will no doubt be utterly convinced to splash the cash. Depending on your budget there will still be a bargain car out there with your name on it. Mileage will not be a problem so long as the Service history is complete. Happy hunting and if you do get your Lex then let the forums know all about it. Terry
  17. Go into this link...Here... Contact them and ask for Luke. Tell him you are a member of LOC. I am sure he will help you out. Terry
  18. Ok, calm down. Only a mental 16 year old car theif. Plus, they won't allow him rope or razor blades if he has known suicidal tendancies, and I don't beleive prisons ever hand out arsenic or petrol. No they won't allow him to have those things...But they will allow him out on the streets in 8 weeks. Lets hope he does'nt nick your Lexus and kill somebody besides himself this time.
  19. Let's hope that the prison he goes to gives him the help he craves..... A piece of rope, Arsenic, gallon of petrol ( If they have a high budget!) Razor blades etc. I am paying for that ar$ehole to be in there. If he wants to top himself then jump off a cliff. Bleeding Do-gooders I bet they haven't visited the owner of the Lexus to apologise for his actions which could have possibly killed someone.
  20. Hi, visit this site Link.. Ask for Luke. He should be able to advise you. He is based in U.K. Mention Terry from LOC Hope it is of some help. Terry
  21. I ban Dave1 for not being bothered to ban anybody for a week
  22. I think that they really look good but apparently there have been many failings with them. Burning out as Chris says
  23. SHOCK HORROR!! I am a happy City Link Customer. :) I use them extensively and they have always been polite, efficent and on time. I must be the only one satisfied customer then......... I am even on first name terms with the delivery guy and he usually chats about cars too....... Sorry to hear about the trouble others have been having. It's 'cos he's sat chatting to you about cars that he is late doing the rest of his deliveries
