Well... I had my MOT and Full service done at Lexus Hatfield today. It included front/rear diff oil and transfer box oil. ( It was 80W-90 )

I ask for their ( Lexus Customer service ) help first - get them on-side so to speak ...? Or as others say, try another Lexus dealer?

"2 - The knocking noise are the brake pads - they move freely within the caliper, but they've stressed that this is nothing to worry about. I was on the M25 yesterday when the outside temperature hit 35c.! I was SO grateful for my air con. I cannot imagine what it would have been like without it.
