    Thanks Paul I tried trickle charging, but the charger reports a fault on the battery. I think it's just had it. I've just removed it from the car. The collection company is bringing a new battery for it on the weekend. Fingers crossed!!!

    Thanks for the help all. Just to clarify, I'm only storing the car. It is being recovered from my garage by a third party company. The third party company have spoken to Lexus, and they reckon it will be down to the battery being toast. New battery is being ordered. I'll keep the thread updated.

    Trying to start the GS-F - no joy. Been sat idle for a long time and the battery is dead. Boosting from portable pack, the car has electrical juice, but if you attempt to start it, it reports 'Braking power low' and won't turn over. My suspicion is that the electronics don't think the brake is depressed enough or it's just because the battery is a goner. Any ideas? Thanks

    Heh Sean, I still recall the conversation we had discussing how well the cars handled in those torrential conditions. No understeer and very much balanced. I've experienced the M4, owned an RC-F (the rare carbon edition 😉) and now done even more mileage in the 63. Hand on heart, in my hands the RC-F is the more competent car balls out. Maybe in Chris Harris' hands it would be different!

    I got done in by an Audi TT the other day. The 63 is comedy in the wet......or dry. It just sits there and spins up the rears whilst the rest of the world drives by. In comparison, the RC-F was the most competent wet weather RWD I've ever driven. Any RC-F driver that can't nail a 63 off the lights should trade in the RC-F and get a bicycle. RC-F traction off the line is epic. I was chatting with the Ratster just yesterday. Yes, Spring meet would be good. 😀

    Sorry to disappoint, but the car will not be available for a private purchase. I guess keep an eye on Autotrader (etc) next week onwards.

    I spent a lot of time either being pushed down the road or chasing this car down the road. Mark who owned the car sold it to move on to a GSF. Since then he’s had some very shut luck. I’ll say no more 😢
